Dr. Gonzalez is the 2nd chiropractor l've seen and I definitely recommend him. The first place I went to charged me $30 and did nothing for my pain. His SPINE ALIGN technique worked great, my neck and back feel so much better after my first visit!
We use ours daily! I have virtually no pain from my scoliosis. For the last 8 years, I could not forgo chiropractic care. Since buying this Spine Align from you, I haven't needed a chiropractor at all. Inversion & decompression work!!!
Great visit. Helped me decompress my spine and taught me great ways in helping keep my spine decompressed
11 Years ago I was referred to Dr G. to look into his A Frame inversion machine. He showed me how to adjust, stretch and work my abs on it. It has been a staple to my Total Health. With the help of several Doc's to include Dr. G and especially his machine, I am able to learn how to heal myself as opposed to surgery & pain meds. Thank You Carlos!

have had a recent spine surgery you might need to wait for at least 8-12 months
depending on the surgery you had. The weight limit is 300 lbs. There are also
typical Contra-Indications such as recent eye, glaucoma, head injury, etc. If you
are not sure check the website for a more complete list and Dr. Gonzalez’s
explanations on those contra-indications. A good way to start is to have someone
present just so you feel safer and secure. Once you get the hang of it it’s easy as
1-2-3.
As explained previously some people report 100% pain relief after their first session. It is common for patients to report that while hanging upside down they feel no pain but when they stand up the pain returns but it is significantly less. You have to do it 2-3-4 times per day and follow the protocols that you will find on the website.
A good rule of thumb is to start slowly…hang for 15 seconds the first time just to get the feel of it. Next time
you can try 20-25 seconds and so forth. Every person is different and some people do well hanging upside down once a day others need to do it more often. Start gradual and work your way up to hanging longer times and more often than once a day. Frequency and duration depends on your specific condition. Dr. Gonzalez will offer One-on-One Private Coaching at a discount if you need or would like that. Check the website for the simple assembly instructions and other information.
Absolutely! Hundreds of Dr. Gonzalez’s patients have been doing this at home, in their semi-trucks or offices for over 25 years! There are easy-to-follow directions and Tips and the simple assembly instructions on the website. It takes literally less than 10 minutes to assemble. It takes longer to get everything out of the box than to assemble.
1. Attach the leg restraint that requires nor tools or bolts.
2. Attach the thigh pad which does require 2 bolts and the 2 tools are provided for quick and easy attachment.
It really is that easy!!
